Welcome to evomea! We strive to provide you with the best products and service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our return and refund policy as described below.

Return Policy

Return Requests

  • Customers can request a return within 14 working days of the purchase date.

  • To request a return, please contact us by email at info@evomea.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all labels and accessories.

  • Used, damaged or washed products are not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene products such as underwear and cosmetics cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

Return process

  • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return authorisation number (RMA) and instructions for sending your return.

  • Pack the items carefully and include a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number.

Shipping costs

  • The shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is evomea's fault (e.g. incorrect or defective product).

Confirmation of receipt

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Refund policy

Processing of refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and approval of the return.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refundable amounts

  • The full purchase amount will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs (unless it is a evomea error).

  • Any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase will also be included in the refund.

Non-refundable items

  • Gift vouchers, discounted items and hygiene products (if the seal has been broken) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damage or defects

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@evomea.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage and your order number.

After assessing the damage, we will send you a replacement product or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
